- Application Start Date: 27 August 2026
- Apply Online Last Date: 05 October 2026
- Fee Payment Date: 05 October 2026
- Last Date with Late Fee: 05 October 2026
- Application Rectification Date: 14 to 21 October 2026
- Exam City Date: 04 January 2027
- Admit Card: Before Exam
- Exam Date: 06, 07, 13, 14, 20 & 21 February 2027

Application Fee
The application fee for IIT GATE 2027 varies based on categories and phases.
- Phase 1 Gen/ OBC/ EWS: ₹2000/-
- Phase 1 SC/ ST/ PH/ All Female: ₹1000/-
- Phase 2 (Extended Period) Gen/ OBC/ EWS: ₹2500/-
- Phase 2 (Extended Period) SC/ ST/ PH/ All Female: ₹1500/-

- Eligibility: Passed/ Appearing BE/ B.Tech/ B.Pharma/ B.Arch/ B.Sc. Research/ M.Sc./ MA/ MCA/ ME/ M.Tech/ Dual Degree/ Integrated Course OR Equivalent Eligibility From Any Recognized University/ Institutions in India.
